I think you have captured the floweres really well. Especially they way the seem to reach out. Well worth redoing after the postcard.

The flowers turned out nice and cheery, just like in the garden. I especially like the little dark one in the right corner. It's a nice addition to the picture. Coneflowers are a favorite of mine.

Jeanne - I love your Sept Journal - purple coneflowers are a favorite of mine - I did some postcards on them recently too and they were well received by my swap group... PP

Your flowers are great, they look so much the the real ones. I also love the August JQ. The warm browns, the little square beads, nice textures. very nice Jeanne.

That looks just like the coneflowers in my garden. How did you make the centers look so realistic, is that checkered fabric or stitched? I'd love to see it in person.
