I just started my post cards for the Post L'Arte round 4 and came up with a quandry. I dont know which one I like better. A and C were done with light backgrounds and one bar of black. B' was done with black as the background and the light accent fabric as the bar. Also B' has been outlined in gold accent thread where the other two have not. So here is question- which one do you like- A' - B' - or C'?

I vote for "C" - it has balance, rhythm, and beauty...
Hi Jeanne, I like both A and C, but A has a slight edge in my view because of the illusion of transparency of the background leaves. Beautiful!
I agree with Pat on "C" for balance, but I think I like the contrast in "A" just a little bit more. Great job!
I like b. It has the most drama with the contrast of the leaf and the dark background. The other two have backgrounds that fight for attention. They are all terrific.
I think each is beautiful. Do you have to make them all the same? I would use all three. As you can see from the previous responses, there really isn't one that is clearly better. I'd be thrilled to get any one of them.
I like C the best. It gives good contrast with the background but leaves enough "openings" to wonder what's behind there.
I also really like B a lot because the amount of black is a great contrast to the leaf color. I agree with Terri, you should use them all, think of doing them as doing a series, making each one of the same fabrics but each a little different.
However, I would add the special stitching around all of them as it really makes the leaf pop.
My first instinct was C - I don't know why. Can you use them all, or must they be EXACTLY alike? (by the way, I totally love them - I collected leaf postcards at IQF this year)
It just goes to show you--you can't please all the people all the time so you should just please yourself! Lovely cards.

I vote B. I enjoy the contrast between the leaf and the dark background. My second choice is C.
